Looks beautiful in my space. There’s so much room for the family to lie on it and watch a movie. Sofa is very firm and low so you don’t sink into it….if that’s what you’re looking for. Customer service was impressive quick to call you back even when it’s after hours. I really needed it before Christmas and they made it happen by directly contacting the Vancouver warehouse.
We were so surprised to learn the Nelli modular sofa we ordered was available for delivery only a few weeks after ordering, and not next spring like we thought. Just in time for a visit from family members flying in for a pre-Christmas visit. We ordered this product after having our house renovated as we needed a new sofa set after our cat had ripped the old one. We were intrigued by the pet friendly aspect, which was unique from other companies/products being considered and waited for a pre-Black Friday sale. After delivery, we assembled the pieces in a short time, and were happy this was an easy process. So far, the cat respects it, and loves to lay on the blanket we put over the ottoman. Couldn’t be happier!
I am very impressed with how well my Nelli sofa is standing up to the acrobatic antics of my 2 Abyssinian cats, as they chase each other, leap into the air and bounce off the sofa. This is definitely a great sofa for any one with pets, and I highly recommend!
Also, the deep blue colour of the sofa is stunning, and it is very comfortable. It is a wonderful addition to our home theatre.
Fabric is pet friendly as promised! My cat has been scratching and making no marks. I find the cushions to be sloppy, the seat cushions inch out from the base and there's nothing to keep them in place. The seats have hardware to keep them together it the ottoman does not. It's very light so it will slide away from you if you have hard flooring.
I have my new sofa for a month and it looks great so far! My two dogs haven’t destroyed it yet!
It is very soft and easy to clean. I love the colour (light grey).
