Never thought I would ever buy a couch without trying it first! Being able to order the swathes really helped to test out the texture and be sure of the colour. I’m so happy I went with my gut and decided to purchase this couch, the colour is beautiful, the white glove delivery was totally worth the extra money and my cats absolutely love this couch. As other reviewers have noted, it was very firm when I first tried it out and I’ve been sitting on an old couch for 10 years so wasn’t used to that but now we’re on day 3 and I am absolutely in love with my couch, so comfy!! The cats have been all over it trying to scratch it but just as advertised the scratches disappear, and the cat hair is so easy to remove too. Highly recommend!!
We purchased this couch originally as it was pet friendly and stylish. I must admit I am more than pleased with the outcome. The couch is extremely comfortable. We purchased this design specifically so our feline family would be prevented from going underneath the sofa and causing problems. This suits our needs and cleans beautifully. We went with a light colour as our cats fur is light. I see minimal pet hair left behind. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again. The delivery was speedy despite us being rural and remote. 10/10
I very sceptical that our new couches would withstand our two cats scratching. However just after one hour of having them I caught my cat scratching and was so happy to see there was zero damage. The couches are beautiful, and comfortable. The material is soft to touch. Ordering it was a breeze and so was booking our delivery. The delivery guys were on time, and professional. As you can see from my video….I was so surprised and happy. 😃

It's worth noting that the tiny fibers or 'pile' that stick up from the base of the fabric can be disrupted when a pet scratches at the fabric (in the same way the fibers on a high pile carpet are disrupted when you walk across it), but these are not permanent and will go away by lightly massaging the affected area and allowing the fibers to relax and return to their original orientation.
Love the look and feel of my new couch. Fits my decor matches my coffee table and fits perfectly with my teal accents. So comfortable. I would buy it again!
Loving our new sofa set! I love how sleek and modern it looks and that it doesn't over power the room but provides lots of seating options. Delivery was really quick, and it's so nice that they offer free fabric swatches so you can make sure you like the colour you're ordering. My cat has tried scratching it once so far and I didn't notice any damage after! Our cats love sitting on the back of the loveseat and looking out the window! The hair comes off super easy - I'm able to use my hand to rubb it off.
I was very hesitant purchasing a couch online but the fabric and quality of couch far exceed my expectations. Very sturdy, very comfortable, high quality fabric. The colour is not 100% what I wanted. The slate grey has blue undertones and is lighter than I thought, but thats more my fault for not staring at the swatches longer against my walls. I knocked one star off only because of the shipping. While it was very quick to ship, the box came in very poor condition, ripped and torn, exposing the bare couch and leaving several marks on the fabric. The company has been very quick to respond and are working on making it right.

I recently received my new sofa. I'm so happy with it. The colour is perfect and the material is soft and very good quality. The wooden base goes perfectly with my coffee and end tables.
The sofa is really beautiful and is a nice sophisticated addition to a room. On the other hand, note that the seat cushions do not go all the way, there is a wooden construction at the back made to deposit the back cushions. In my case it did not suit me because I remove the back cushions to take a nap and I felt the wooden frame and it was uncomfortable. And the back cushions were a bit too soft for my taste. But these details may suit someone else perfectly, it's a matter of taste. But the fabric is amazing!!! I have two ginger cats who lose a lot of hair and this fabric is magic, it retains very little hair and is very easy to clean. So I returned it and ordered the Salo hoping it would suit me better. The customer service was impeccable, very courteous and helpful and the delivery went very well.

The sofa is amazingly comfortable and soft. We have 3 cats; it’s been a breeze to keep clean and they haven’t scratched it at all. We are ecstatic with our purchase and this is now the main hangout couch for family time.
Not happy with my purchase from an ad on FACEBOOK. Sofa is too firm. I wanted a love seat & got a full-sized sofa. I was surprised at the cost, thinking that it was high, but I chalked that up to GST. I should have looked more closely & confirmed that the order WAS for a love seat.The entrance to my basement is quite narrow, so it was a real struggle to get the full-sized sofa in there.
Also the “New White Material “ tag was removed when I received the sofa. Made me wonder if this was an “open box” purchase?
The delivery crew were very pleasant but dropped the sofa, had no clue how to get it through the front doir( very tight fit). Luckily my contractor was present that day. He took over & moved it into the garage to properly move it into the house later.

THIS is exactly what we wanted and needed! No more toys getting stuck under the sofa, no more meter stick to get it all out. The robot vacuum fits underneath so no more dust bunnies AND although the cat has tried to use it as a scratch post, he is less interested in doing so and when he did, there was no damage. Firm, strong, stain resistant, minimalist style, perfect!

I ordered 2 3-seater kemi sofas in dark grey color. I like how sturdy the sofa is and how the fabric looks and feels. I received it on July 17th and noticed the seat cushions have become softer since the day it arrived. I hope the foam in them doesn't deform over time.
Love the Irina sectional. Beautiful color, fabric soft and sturdy. My cats have tried to claw it several times to no avail, so no damage. The only issue was slight damage from delivery which has been handled appropriately by customer service. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love my new chair! My cat enjoys sleeping on it too. She also hasn’t tried to scratch it very much. I purchased a second one. Easy to put together, delivery service was amazing.
I recently unpacked my order and noticed the found the painting of the legs and frame had some defects in the paint finish. It doesn’t look like it was cause from shipping but from packing. Cute design but disappointed this is how our product was shipped.

Just wanted to provide some feedback on my April 2023 order. I purchased a Lohja Right Sectional in Debossed Microfiber. I have 4 cats who, although provided with tons of other scratching opportunities, love to scratch the sofa, no matter what. In spite of all their mighty feline efforts to destroy the sofa fabric, it is holding and look as pristine as the day it was delivered. It is truly a miracle.

Purchased a Lohja Chair and it is exactly what we wanted. The chair is stylish and comfortable, but more importantly it is super easy to clean and can handle the strain of our 3 cats and dog (all of whom have already tried it out extensively...). The customer service and delivery team were incredible and it was all around an pleasant experience.
We purchased our Aren couch and ottoman 3 weeks ago and are very happy with the decision. After a long online shopping search looking for a couch that would perfectly fit our living room, we were very happy to find this one. Overall quality is great and we paid the extra for the white-glove delivery and it went very smooth.
The Harbour-Grey colour is nice, but is a very light shade of grey. Also, we found the cushioning to be quite firm, as others pointed out, but so far we find the couch comfortable.
After only 3 days, our son got some bicycle grease on the ottoman and we were able to completely clean it using baking soda and water!
