We love our new Marko couch! We got it in Henry Cobblestone Crypton Microfiber. It was delivered with no issues and putting it together was a breeze. We have a very narrow stairway up to our apartment (38" clearance) and we had no issues getting it up. The color isn't as grey as I was hoping, it is almost a greenish/sage shade of grey to me. But we still love it and don't mind. My cats have already tried scratching it and the little marks wipe away with ease as advertised. I had a great experience shopping with Auberge and would recommend them to anybody.

We really want to love this couch but it doesn’t live up to the promises on the website. Our dog scratched it within a couple days…. We tried vacuuming it and wiping it with a wet cloth but were unable to remove the marks. We contacted customer service and were told that it would “even out over time”. I’ve had much cheaper couches that were more resilient. The scratches are still there many days later and seem to be permanent. Very disappointed. Also, the pieces tend to drift apart. The connecting hardware is in a position that it pivots when you use it…. Despite pushing the sections together as closely as possible they still shift. The colour is very different from what is on the website…. Customer service said that it was the correct colour and just looks different because of lighting. This is supposed to be Danube… I attached a picture of what we thought we were getting. We knew it was a gamble ordering without seeing swatches but they were all out of stock. Decided to risk it because of the promise of a couch that would be pet resistant. Would not purchase from this company again

I love the colour and fabric of this couch, it's very soft without looking too velvety.
It's deep and comfortable.
The green is a bit less dark than in the photos on the website and it's a nice color.
I do have concerns on the couch cushions however. For now they are comfortable, but pretty soft. They aren't firm couch cushion, and rather soft down filled pillows, both for the back and seat cushions. They feel like they will get too soft fast, and don't offer a ton of back support. But I guess it comes down to personal preference, I find them too soft but my husband likes them.
Also, the sofa is a bit of a bulky piece of furniture in person, but that's normal for a sectional. I was also a bit disappointed that I cannot hook the ottoman to the sofa.

OH MY GOSH, this couch exceeded my expectations beyond belief, and was worth the wait.

I purchased the 3 seater Marko in Prestige Pesto. I can tell you the website images just do not do this beauty justice. the colour is so soft and welcoming. The couch was super easy to unpackaged and set up.

Let's talk about comfort:
I was worried about buying a couch online without testing the comfort level. I was concerned it was going to be very stiff like many couches I have tried in person. This couch is EXTREMELY comfortable! You don't get sucked in to the point you can't get out, but it feels so cozy and welcoming. There is enough space on this couch for my Bernese cross dog, kitty, 2 people, and STILL HAS ROOM.!

Pets:
As SOON as the couch was set up my cat began scratching the back of the couch (she did a number on my old couch). NO MARKS, NOT ONE! PHEW!

No regrets with this couch, and highly highly highly RECOMMEND. So glad I came across this website along couch search. Nothing I found in person or other sites couch touch the quality/design/comfort/ and durability!

I love that I am supporting a Canadian business as well. All around VERY happy and definitely support anyone getting an Auberge Designs piece of furniture.
