Hanko sectionnel gauche/droite

A year ago, I purchased the 3 seater Hanko Sectional. At the time of purchase, it was only available in Harbor Grey, and I was concerned about ordering such a light coloured sofa. I was also very nervous about ordering a sofa online without having had the chance to test it. The support team at Auberge Design took their time with me and answered all my questions, both in our initial call and in our follow-up emails. They sent some colour samples to me to help me make my decision.

A year later, I'm still thrilled about this sofa. It has been impossible to stain and everything can be removed with a warm damp cloth. Also, my cat has been trying to pierce one of the arms with her tiny claws for almost a year now, but she hasn't succeeded (she destroyed my old sofa in 6 months.) My only remark is that the back cushions have gotten a little bent out of shape over the year, but I can always get them re-stuffed. The seat cushions are still very firm and hold their shape nicely. Overall, I highly recommend it.

I'll also add that because I was getting my sofa delivered during the pandemic, getting the sofa up the stairs to my second story condo became a bit of an ordeal and the delivery company contracted at the time was being difficult. The team at Auberge Design were fantastic, checking in with me proactively and managing the delivery company until the sofa was in my living room. Situations can arise any moment, but the true measure of a company is how they handle it. I'll give them the full 5 stars and more on this.

Really happy so far with this couch. It was easy to put together, looks great, it’s comfortable, and it will definitely hold up against two rambunctious cats!

I would like to take this opportunity to say that the customer service is phenomenal and the product is amazing. Our fury creatures love it too!

Never thought I would ever buy a couch without trying it first! Being able to order the swathes really helped to test out the texture and be sure of the colour. I’m so happy I went with my gut and decided to purchase this couch, the colour is beautiful, the white glove delivery was totally worth the extra money and my cats absolutely love this couch. As other reviewers have noted, it was very firm when I first tried it out and I’ve been sitting on an old couch for 10 years so wasn’t used to that but now we’re on day 3 and I am absolutely in love with my couch, so comfy!! The cats have been all over it trying to scratch it but just as advertised the scratches disappear, and the cat hair is so easy to remove too. Highly recommend!!

I bought thw cappucino colour and the real product looks better than the pucture. It fits perfectly and very comfy. My cat is scratching it and it is definately more durable than my previous sofa.
