Important Notice From Auberge Designs Inc.
Auberge Designs Inc. (“Auberge”) regrets to advise that it is no longer able to continue operations and will be ceasing business activities effective immediately.
Over the past several years, Auberge has taken great pride in offering thoughtfully designed, pet-friendly furniture to customers across Canada. However, despite our best efforts, persistent economic challenges — including prolonged high interest rates, rising manufacturing and logistics costs, and a significant decline in consumer demand within the home furnishings sector — have made it financially impossible for the company to continue operating.
As a result, all business activities have ceased, including the production and fulfillment of outstanding orders, customer service operations, and refund processing. Some customers may have orders that have not yet been fulfilled. Unfortunately, Auberge is no longer in a position to complete or refund any outstanding orders.
Customers who made payments by credit card are encouraged to contact their credit card provider directly to inquire about chargeback or dispute options that may be available through their financial institution. Policies and timelines vary by provider, and they will be best equipped to advise on next steps.
Auberge recognizes the disappointment and inconvenience this situation may cause and sincerely regrets that circumstances beyond our control have led to this outcome. The decision to cease operations was made only after all reasonable alternatives had been exhausted.
Auberge Designs was built with a commitment to quality, comfort, and durability. While the company is no longer able to continue operating, we remain grateful to everyone who supported the brand over the years.
